Frank “Curt” Phillips, a resident of San Diego, CA passed away on June 3, 2016.  He is the son of Edmund A. and Mildred (McGinnis) Phillips.  Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 23, 2016 at St. John Neumann Church, 633 Orchard Street, Scranton, PA.  Church visitation at 10:30am, followed by Mass at 11:00am. All are welcome at the Church.
