Ronald Telipski - Class Of 1969

Ronald L. Telipski, Moosic, died Tuesday at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center. He is survived by his wife, the former Suzanne Wetz.

Born in Taylor, son of the late Leo and Elizabeth Dennis Telipski, he was a graduate of South Scranton Catholic High School and received an associate degree in drafting from Penn State. He was previously employed as a union carpenter for Local Union 645. He was currently employed as a supervisor for UGI Penn Natural Gas Co. He was previously an assistant scout master for Throop 18 in Greenwood. He was a member of St. Paul of the Cross Parish, South Scranton. 

Ronald was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and gardening. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

Also surviving are his son, Todd Telipski and wife, Antonella, Moosic; grandchildren, Leo and Julia Telipski; nieces, great-nieces and cousins.

The funeral will be Saturday at 9:30 a.m. from the Nicholas Chomko Funeral Home, 1132 Prospect Ave., South Scranton, with Mass of Christian Burial celebrated at 10 in Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary Church, 1217 Prospect Ave., South Scranton, by the Rev. Scott P. Sterowski, pastor of St. Paul of the Cross Parish. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
